Hello everyone,
it’s the Nutri Professor here!
I’m on hand to help all you
children learn about which foods are good to help
keep you and
your body healthy and which foods
are not so good for you and your body!
Eating the right foods when you are younger is very
important as this will help you grow up to be strong
healthy adults.
Here’s what I recommend:
- Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables
every day.
- When you go shopping, try a new fruit or
vegetable, as this is an exciting way to
experiment with new healthy foods.
- Drink lots of water, especially when you are
playing sport and games or being active. You
need to replace the fluids your body loses
when it sweats.
- Make sure you are active. Play a ball game
with your friends or go for a walk with your
friends and family.
