- Play the Fit Factor game online and learn about which foods are better for your body e.g. fruit and vegetables are a great way to keep you healthy and feeling good.
- Be active for at least 60 minutes every day. This means playing a game outdoors with your friends, brother or sister or going for a walk or a cycle. Swimming and dancing are brilliant too. Being active and energetic makes the blood flow quicker around your body and helps to keep all of your body’s organs in really good condition. Find a fun game, activity or sport that you can do with your friends or family.
Physical activity helps the body produce more energy so the more active you are, the more energy you will have to play and to enjoy life!
