Clonmore NS submitted two booklets on healthy eating and exercise which covered all the areas of the Fit Factor programme. Their comic book showed how the Nutri Professor and his friends the Smurfs visited the school to teach them to how to get fit and healthy and to eat well. The children even made a food rap and created a great recipe call ‘Lidlicious Nutri Professor Pasta’.
